Our Baby Classes For Expecting Moms

We offer many pregnancy classes and new baby classes with virtual and in-person options. Your support person is strongly encouraged to attend and participate alongside you.

Childbirth 101

Experienced childbirth educators, will inform you and your support person about what to expect during labor and delivery, comfort measures, caring for yourself after birth and more.

Breastfeeding 101

Learn techniques for success from our lactation specialists or childbirth educators.

Baby Care 101

Learn about caring for a new baby in the first months of life. This class is perfect for new, experienced or adoptive parents, grandparents and other caregivers.

Infant CPR

Learn lifesaving skills of infant CPR and infant choking relief.

Family Birth Center Tours

In-person tours of the Franciscan Health Family Birth Center will show you what to expect when you deliver and help you make informed decisions about the birth of your baby.

Cost

Some classes are free.

Some classes are offered at a discounted rate if you bundle together using this form which will guide you through everything we offer and break it all down as you make your selections and complete registration.

Financial Assistance is available for all mothers on Medicaid or enrolled in our prenatal assistance program.

Registration

Classes fill quickly, so we encourage you to register by 24 weeks into your pregnancy. We recommend you start classes at 28 weeks into your pregnancy.
