Join A Coalition

Resiliency Coalitions are in all of our communities and focus on creating safety nets, reducing health disparities, building resilience, improving prevention and sharing information and resources. Our coalitions work from the NEAR model by Laura Porter and the Growing Resilient Communities 2.1 model by ACEs Connection.

Coalitions typically meet once a month and are open to anyone who lives or works within the community.
