This interactive class educates participants about the pelvic floor muscles and their function.

Key tips will be shared on how to optimize the pelvic floor during labor and delivery.

There will be active portions of the class, as well as lecture-based material.

The class is intended for expecting parents and their support person.

For additional details on class content, scheduling, cost (if applicable), and to pre-register, please call Monday through Friday from 8AM-4PM.Classes fill up fast so we encourage you to register by 24 weeks into your pregnancy. We recommended starting classes at 28 weeks gestation.
