Suicide Awareness, Prevention & Community Resources Event

Join us for our Suicide Awareness Event. Communities play a major role in reducing the risk of suicide by providing social support to vulnerable individuals. This can be achieved by raising awareness, fighting stigma, understanding resources that are available, and supporting those bereaved by suicide.

The event will be in the parking lot of the Franciscan Health Dyer hospital and include:

• Live testimonials
• Community health resources such as food security, substance misuse and recovery, crisis lines, mental health services, emergency responders, law enforcement, trauma care, domestic violence advocacy and much more.
• Chick-fil-A served during the event -
• Face painting for kids
