The gastroenterologists at Franciscan Health have specialized training in endoscopic procedures of the digestive tract. While many GI treatments can be offered as outpatient procedures, we also offer inpatient procedures and recovery when necessary.

Although your primary doctor can begin treatment for many gastrointestinal disorders, a GI doctor has expertise in managing difficult or hard-to-treat cases.

Should I see a gastrointestinal specialist?
