About This Program
The Franciscan Health outpatient rehabilitation programs provide an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation care. The primary goal of outpatient rehabilitation is to assist patients with functional limitations and help them regain their independence and the skills required for daily living.
Our outpatient rehabilitation programs promote personal and professional interaction with experienced, highly trained therapists who use aggressive, yet compassionate, techniques to individualize each treatment plan. All therapies are conducted under the direction of the patient s physician.
