Golf Performance Evaluation

About This Test

The golf program is a multi-step assessment to diagnose stability and mobility limitations that may negatively impact your golf swing and lead to injury. An experienced physical therapist will utilize this data to develop an exercise program to address those limitations and improve the efficiency of your swing.

Who would benefit from a Golf Performance Evaluation?

Any golfer of any level that feels the need to improve their golf performance. 

Will insurance cover this evaluation? 

This is a cash-based fee for service program. If a medical issue is identified during the assessment, the therapist would refer you to your medical provider for further evaluation.
