Call today to set up an appointment - no need for a physician referral to start your rehab journey.

PT/OT Direct Access

No physician referral is needed for outpatient physical (PT) and occupational (OT) therapy.

The States of Indiana and Illinois have direct access to both physical and occupational therapy services. Direct access allows patients to seek and receive examination and treatment from a licensed physical or occupational therapist without a prescription or a referral from a physician.

Direct access to PT and OT services is widely accepted by most insurance plans. You are encouraged to contact your insurance provider to determine if you need a referral for therapy in terms of insurance coverage.

Aquatic Aerobics

Aquatics fitness classes are an enjoyable way to improve your health without putting undue strain on muscles and joints. The warmth, buoyancy and gentle resistance of water offer important benefits for people who are recovering from an injury or illness, managing a chronic disease such as arthritis or simply need to ease back into exercise.
